Gerrard Consulting has been offering software development and testing-related services since 1984. Some of our clients come to us because they have specific problems to solve that aren't solvable using off-the-shelf, textbook approaches. Other clients have challenges that follow well-known patterns of course. We have gained a reputation for innovative, independent thinking and honest, reliable relationships with our clients.

We are Stakeholder-Obsessed

Although we have technical capability that few testing companies can match, we aren't pointy-headed rocket-scientists. We are stakeholder-obsessed.What this means is that we will always propose solutions focused on meetig the needs of stakeholders.

Before we Bid, We Help You to to Understand the Problem

Because many problems seem intractable at first, we are well used to having informal, often brainstorming, meetings to better understand the problem. Many 'problems' turn out to be symptoms. If you lack resource, we won't automatically recommend you hire people; we'll want to know what needs to be achieved, and help you formulate an approach to understand exactly what skills and competentices are required.

Of course, you might already understand the problem exactly. We'll make sure we are on the same page at all times.
