Gerrard Consulting is the company that Paul set up in 1984 as a contractor and he retained the company throughout his career as a contractor (1984-1991) and with Systeme Evolutif (1992-2006). In 2006, Paul acquired the Evolutif business and rebadged it under his own name.

Paul is also co-Director, with Susan Windsor, of Aqastra Limited.
